Tank Pressurization System

The Tank Pressurization System is touch screen operated and quickly performs external leak mapping of the tanks. It provides a way to fill and pressurize the tanks, in minutes, to achieve pressure decay and back pressure tests. It operates in complete safety and can replace the water manometer. When used in association with the Helitest Leak Detector leak repairs can be verified before moving to the fuel soak check.

Pressure Test Unit

Aerowing Pressure Test Unit was developed to bring ease and functionality the the Go/No Go test during MRO and production. Vacuum can be integrated to achieve negative pressure systems testing. A report is generated at the end of each cycle for quality control.

Aerowing PTU can be adapted to most any pressure test function and it operated by a user friendly touch screen.
